The crane’s explosion-proof classification includes ExdII BT4 and ExdII CT4 ratings, with spark-proof treatment applied to traveling mechanisms under ExdII CT4 operation. Complying with JB/T10219-2001 standards, the crane delivers robust explosion-resistant performance, structural rationality, and a clean industrial design.
Key Application Zones
Ideal for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous areas as defined in GB 3836.1-2000, this crane handles environments containing flammable gases or vapors within groups not exceeding IIB or IIC and ignition temperature groups not lower than T4.

The system supports both ground-based control and integrated cabin operation. Designed for intermediate-duty cycles, it ensures smooth and precise load handling — note that 5-10 ton models do not include an auxiliary hook.
