Its core structure features a high-strength, box-shaped bridge, a precision trolley travel system, a compact crab unit, and reliable electrical components. A fixed electric hoist is securely mounted on the crab frame, forming the primary lifting mechanism.
This crane is distinguished by its advanced crab design. It incorporates articulated end carriage joints, guaranteeing that all four wheels maintain constant, positive contact with the runway track for superior stability and weight distribution. Cross travel is powered by two independent, direct-drive motors. Operators can choose from three control methods: a standard ground-operated pendant, a flexible wireless remote, or a dedicated operator's cab (available in open or enclosed configurations).

Robust Mechanical Construction:
The main girders are double-welded box sections, designed to meet DIN/FEM deflection standards. Constructed from Q235B or Q345B steel, the crane is protected by a durable 120μm epoxy zinc-rich coating. The main girder and end beams are bolted together with high-strength fasteners for structural integrity. End trucks are fitted with anti-friction bearing wheels, buffer blocks, and derailment guards. A secure maintenance walkway with handrail runs alongside the main girder.
